Terrible customer service. Paid $290 for deposit 1 week ago and was told I owe $106 from 13 years ago. I won’t have the money till I get paid tomorrow, but they told me if I don’t pay today, power will be shut off. Never tried to contact me for 13 years, I never even knew I owed them and now they can’t wait one more day. Sure appreciate the “Christmas Spirit “
