  Sanford and Son Electric Be leary of a company that has company tshirts looking as though the boss kicked them in the back with they're personalized work boots !!! I am going to keep this short for now. I was made promises which remain unfulfilled. The owners work they're employees ragged with absolutely no paid time off to spend recuperating with your family and friends, or to be able to just have the time to use for emergencies. If you are not part of the family or have seniority then you will not receive the MANY closed door deals which are allotted to only them. If you have any desire to become a successful family person and /or dream about your own Home? Then go to sleep!! Because you are only going to be able to be a success in your dreams working for these people! The overwhelming overhead in the office alone is higher than in the field. From the 1-2 hour daily poker lunches, to the missing altogether for weeks at a time, to the $25,000 office make overs. Meanwhile, the guy's who bleed for the company (because of the outdated hand me down equipment) who dedicate themselves for the company do not even receive the respect for doing so. If you work for this company you will be a stepping stone, thrown into the mud, for the benefit of the FEW!! YES THIS IS SHORT, AND YES THIS IS SWEET. You are forewarned, keep looking for a good company that will appreciate what you have to offer and leave these guy's with what they want? Apprentices, helpers, and do boy's. You will never be able to be treated fairly and most definitely will be taken advantage of for anything you may have they may need. Then after your vehicle's are thrashed, your computer is fried, and you're family is separate? They'll give you a ultimatum of work or quit!!! No compensation, (for you) although you will definitely see compensation elsewhere!!!! I would love to be able to speak with any attorneys who may be interested in a case against these crooked snakes!!! To close the doors to this place and they're licensing would be nice because I know that there's a lot of proof worthy of jail time !!!

  Excellent company to work with. The staff is very courteous and professional.I would definitely recommend Sanders for all your electrical needs.

  Excellent and Professional. Experienced and extensive knowledge. Staff and rates were very competitive. Only perform commercial work though (which is what our company needed). If you need commercial work then these are the guys in Pensacola.
