  The entire staff at Sandhills is very easy to work with. We had them replace a HVAC system in the summer and they followed up with a call for a tune-up 6 months later. Tyler came out to do the maintenance on all 3 of our units. He was courteous, and efficient, especially since both my husband and I were working from home. When he found not only one, but two bad transducers on one of the systems he explained our options and the costs to repair. Prior to departure, he reset thermostats to the previous settings. Definitely recommend.

  Nelson Mcneill was very polite and professional. On top of doing our routine 6 month maintenance check, he also replaced the dual run capacitor. He was able to answer all our questions. Thank you Sandhills H, R & E for providing such an outstanding technician.

  The technician dispatched to our home was Tyler Smith. He was on-time, courteous, thorough, and professional. We have a very old Trane system that he found in good shape. Tyler recommended one preventative repair after servicing and inspecting our entire system. It was a pleasure to have him working in and around or home. We work from home and Tyler was respectful of or time and tolerated all the help our dog offered in a dutiful, gentle manner. I will recommend Sandhills Heating, Refrigeration & Electrical to anyone needing routine HVAC maintenance.
