  I have asked several times for a report or accounting of our solar output and we get ignored. I find it outrageous that this power company charges us $45 a month for having a solar array connected to them, in addition to a $21 basic facilities charge that everyone pays. They have it as a matter of policy to discourage renewables not encourage. How is this possible in this day and age?
