  I went to alma office and a lady named vicki was trying to help me. But it was none the less. She pulled up a light bill I never had 20 years ago. She was very rude and pretended to talk to her head supervisor. I have never been anywhere to pay a bill that someone was so rude and in the background she was on the phone with someone who was late paying and she was laughing at them to me .. like it was funny. Telling me to hold on.(sorry I had to wait) That's not funny. I'm glad they think their job is a joke... but I bet that person on the other end didn't think so... thats not cute... so vicki plz quit telling other ppl others problems. Your not playing a game its real life!!!
