Rudest staff I've evered encountered. Every single one of the ladies there are snobby & stuck up. And I second that comment. I hate giving them my money along with their extra fees. Ga power please come to cogdell!!!!!!!

This place does not even deserve one star. The rudest people you will ever encounter. Kelly, The SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER, (whatever) is not even remotely qualified to handle customers and lacks basic customer service skills. She is rude, unprofessional, and nasty. Told my mother in law she was stupid and hung up on her over a disagreement over the bill. The guy who supervises the entire Douglas office, no help whatsoever in resolving why his employees are so blatantly rude. He actually had the nerve to ask us "did we cuss at them" saying that he tells his employess that they don't have to let customers cuss at them. Wouldn't you think if your supervisor told you that you didnt have to deal with customers cussing at you that you would just use that as an excuse? NO help at all and only offered excuses as to why his employees act the way that they do. These people do not care about you. and they know they will make their money regardless and you have no other choice but to use them. Kelly not only is rude when she speaks to you but is the most unpleasant person when you come in the office to just simply pay. I have never been able to have a job where I could be so downright ugly and rude to a customer and still have a job. But again these people know that they are our only option and that is why they treat people the way that they do. I hate that I have to give these people my money that I work so hard for and they don't care one bit. I sincerely hope these people change or they get new people to run this office.
