  I received communication from Save Home Heat from the beginning, including a picture of the Technician coming to my home. He was on time. He explained the issue clearly and gave me enough information to make a decision about how to proceed. He worked efficiently and was respectful of our home. He wore a mask. Completion of the repair requires a return visit, but until the part comes in the Technician made a perfect temporary repair so that we have heat. Save Home Heat is professional, reliable and friendly. Highly recommend.

  I have had two very positive experiences with Save Home Heat. First was for the installation of a new AC unit last summer. The team was timely, courteous, respectful, and were great to work with. Most recently they came out to give me a second opinion on a repair quote from another company in regards to my furnace. Save Home Heat was sincere and honest, took the time to re-diagnose the issue, and reassured me of the health of my system. They have earned my trust and I am now a loyal recurring customer. :)

  Our water heater is off in a very cold day. We called the company but they already had everyone out on job. We explained that the help we need might not take a lot of time. They found a technician to help us. He can right on time. Spent more time make sure everything is working before he left. Answered questions we have in a nice manner. We are very pleased with Save Home Heat.
