  We used Schindler (Bill) for years. We purchased His Furnaces and Elements from him. Recently we ordered a complete set of Elements from him and waited for three months. Once we contacted him he told us they were half finished, we waited another 3 weeks after that and still nothing. After some investigative work we found out that he had been in the hospital. We contacted him once he was out and learned that he had shut the company down. Through all of this he will not take our calls or messages, We lost all the money that was put down for the Elements. POOR BUSINESS!!!
