  I asked if they could make up a power cord to an appliance for me. The owner said he would and to just leave the cord in the shop. I removed the damaged cord from the appliance and left it in his shop with my name, address and phone number attached with duct tape. I started calling after the first week to get a time frame of when it would be finished. That was in December of 2021. It is now April, 2022. I have left countless messages and have never gotten a call back. Even if it was lost, just a return call would be good business. I asked if I could get the cord back if they still have it, so I could take it to someone else, still no reply.
