  This company was hired by someone we were working with so we didn’t do much dealing directly with them during the hiring process. However I will say Sam who installed our generator was very professional and very nice. The city inspector even commented on how nice of a job he had done and was very impressed with the quality of the work when he came to approve it. I don’t know how the prices compare with others but the level of professionalism and politeness impressed me quite a bit. Highly satisfied with the job they did!

  The technician, Sam, was wonderful to work with. He showed up on time, always calling first, and actually listened to what I had to say. We had another company come out and after 4 visits their only solution was to replace my Generac 13kw generator. Sam found the issue and had it running after the replacent brushes came in. So I spent far less than the $4500 the other company recommended.

  We had to have several last minute electrical repairs made in order for us to close on the home we were selling. An electrician came out the day we called and assessed the needed repairs. They had someone there the next day to get it all done. We were able to close on the following day. Even though they were busy with scheduled work, they re-arranged things with their staff to get out to our house and help us meet the deadline we faced. Their work was excellent and we re very grateful to them for their efforts.
