I hired Sam to rewire my attic light fixture. I was told his rates were reasonable, so I didn't ask for a quote beforehand, which was a mistake. For a total of 30 minutes work, I was charged 135 dollars, 144.45 with tax. The final price caught me off-guard, as I was not expecting it to be nearly double what I thought it would be. Be careful and ask for a quote beforehand. Service was professional but overpriced, in my opinion.
