Being a family run business ourselves, we appreciate the time and dedication Scotty and his family put into their work 24/7, 365 days a year. Being some of the kindest people around as well as the hardest workers.. The Maddens really do put customers first and ensure quality work you won’t find anywhere else! No one knows a motor like Ole Scooter!

  Hi Leland and Sue! As you know from our many conversations, due to the nature of the extreme water crisis going on here in Orland and given the fact that we only have two men working in the field, we have been focusing all our efforts on getting people water as quickly as possible. If a customer asks us for an estimate, we will gladly provide one! You never requested an estimate from us, nor did you do any research or bid comparisons to see if there were other local pump companies that you may have felt were a more appropriate budget for you. Both our receptionist and our men in the field went above and beyond to assist you in your time of need and be as transparent as possible about our work as we do with all our customers. As soon as you started expressing concerns of financial obligations, we immediately switched the nature of the job to give you the most cost effective results while still providing you same day water access on a less than ideal system that was very difficult to work around. We even went as far as deducting 4 hours of labor from your bill before sending it out because we heard your concerns on site and wanted to do as much as we could to help you without cutting ourselves short. Considering that we have already agreed upon a settlement that was far less than the original amount due despite your belligerent and disrespectful attitude towards all our staff, to leave a review implying that we are a dishonest company says much more about you than it does about us. We tried our best to diffuse your anger with kindness but we will not tolerate hostility or intimidation towards our employees nor will we stand for slander towards our business. We wish you luck finding a new pump company to serve you and we look forward to investing our time into customers who present their questions and concerns to us prior to work being done.
