  This company is an absolute joke. My contractor hired them to wire my new construction homes. 1 year ago. They miswired EVERY 3 way circuit! They routed circuits haphazardly. Example, front courtyard, Great room, & Back Lanai is on the same circuit. The bathrooms on opposite ends of house are on same circuit AND has ground fault receptacles on the circuit that HAS a ground fault breaker. I specified that ALL Ground faults be located in the panel, not done, I have ground fault receptacles located haphazardly around home along WITH ground fault breakers in panel. The home was never tested before we moved in. When we did AND circuits did not work correctly, we had to live with sister in law for almost a week before they corrected most circuits. Finally had to hire another electrician to correct job. I would NOT recommend them as electrical contractors or indoor security/AV system installers. Their Air Conditioning division did a good job.

  Building a new home our builder hired these jokers much to our displeasure. They FORGOT the electric to the kitchen island so they had to drill through expensive porcelain tile to put electric on the island. Obviously the expensive tile had to be replaced and our drywall and island drywall repaired. No small fix. Then they messed up most of the electric in the kitchen and had to open drywall to fix that. They put the refrigerator plug at the right side, not behind the fridge where it belongs. The front of the house had bad breakers and kept tripping if I ran printer and light together. And the pole light didn't work and took 45 days for a service call.. Electric plan prepared by builder easy to read but obviously not followed. I would NEVER trust this company. **EDIT** Adding that the pool also was done wrong and had to be rewired. In the past week, the smoke/Carbon monoxide detectors go off with big sirens and FIRE FIRE FIRE - usually 3-4 times a day, last Saturday 10 times and I caught on video. We waited for emergency service call, they didn't show but we were told they would be here next day btw 9 - 10. Its 11 and they aren't here yet. Horrible company. Never hire.

  Worst Electrical workI have seen done. Bought a new home. Builder used Seabreeze. First i had issues as none of the cat 5 cables for cable tv behind wall plates were connected or had heads so they could be connected. That took two techs and twos days to fix. Seabreeze tech identified my main cable signal coming in. Still had poor service after installing the splitter that was not installed. After paying Tech from cable provider $150 to come out they found Seabreeze Identified the wrong cable to me with the main signal. I was out that money because of their poor work. Next great repair was replacing a missing screw for the breaker box front panel. Well it seems this was not able to be done as the initial install by Seabreeze stripped that hole. No worries, Seabreeze uses a wood screw instead. Thats a code violation. Cannot use a screw there with a point on the end. Must be plat as regular panel screws are at the ends. Would never use this company ever. Suggest all other stay away as well.
