  For many years I've heard amazing things about this company. Some of my closest friends and even family members have worked and been employed in some kind of way. As a matter of fact one of my closest friends, that has been employed, called me last month and asked me if I would like to come be a part of the team. And after 22 years of being a loyal and dependable electrician, I was excited for the opportunity to work for such a Prestigious company. It was just the opportunity my family and I have been praying for. With everything that's been going on since you march 2020 we have all had to make sacrifices. And most of us have lost opportunities and privileges. I myself lost my driver's license for a very short time for failure to pay a speeding ticket. I found out about it and was in the process of getting it fixed. Would have taken about another month. Of course I would have to be employed to pay these fines. Only needed a couple more weeks of hard work and pay. Sat and waited for 2 weeks unemployed until they were ready for me to go to work that's how good of an opportunity it was. And within 30 seconds. Probably not even that long. Someone, who will remain nameless, pulled the rug right out in from under me. Because I would have to ride the bus to my job for 2 weeks. Threw me out like yesterday's trash without even knowing my name. You see I've been doing this for 25 years. And I have always found a way to work. I have always been reliable and productive. And now no matter how many years I've been hearing about how good of a company SEFA is. That is definitely not the way to treat anyone. I have never felt so helpless. But in the long run, my family and I will figure it out. But there was definitely no reason for the way I was treated today. And these words are probably falling on deaf ears. But it's 50 years old I've always been taught to respect your fellow man. So this is my way of getting it off my chest. Before I go tell my family.

  We are happy to provide employment to qualified individuals such as yourself, but each employee is expected to provide their own transportation to and from the job site each day. Please re-apply when your transportation challenges are resolved.
