  While during the 2021 winter storm was havoc on so many, my electric was on the rotating cycle. Wish they would have sent out reverse 911 messages letting us know what they were doing cause at first not knowing what they doing kept thinking if it was permanent or not. My mom's electric never went out and I was thankful of that.

  $35 for a 10ft stick of electrical pipe because home depot didn't have any? Be cheaper to drive to San Antonio and buy from Lowe's. Thanks but no thanks

  I was less than happy with this company. When I first contacted them regarding their hourly rates, I was satisfied that the cost to perform the requested work would be acceptable. I called them to come out and replace one electrical outlet and a timer for my swimming pool. The technicians were fine but it was the company billing that I am unhappy with. I felt this job should have only taken one tech and taken about 30 minutes to perform. The company charged me for two techs. I asked for a review of the time and charges and they reduced my cost by only $23 for a $300 bill. Extremely disappointed. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
