Generator......Let Me start by saying.......Stop! Give Seidel Electric a call for your electrical needs. I called Seidel Electric 3 years ago for an estimate to install a generator after hurricane Sandy as I was without power for a week. I got 3 companies to come over for an estimate and 2 of them walked around my house for 3 minutes and said they will send me an estimate. How could they send me an estimate without speaking with me about my needs? (By the way they more more money). The 3rd estimate was Steve Seidel form Seidel Electric and he came over sat down with me and spent time with me explaining everything I needed...Nothing more and Nothing Less. Steve was...BY Far...the most professional and knowledgeable person I spoke with about a Home Generator. He never tried to over sell and explained what was needed for my home. Steve is very friendly as well as his staff. Suburb customer service.( when was the last time you thought a company had great customer service!) Home generators are no longer a luxury but a necessity. ......Please do yourself a favor and call Seidel Electric. Myself, my brother and 2 of my neighbors got generators....Everybody is thrilled!

We purchased a Generator via Seidel Electric, while the install seems to be a positive experience, the actual experience of getting here has been nothing short of a challenge. Due to the Pandemic, there was a delay in the arrival of the machine which we understand. However, that being said, we have been challenged as their communication is unacceptable. We noted we had 5 kids home from school AND 2 adults working in home. We requested a non-school day install. Getting it scheduled took from December (when originally promised) until today, April 20. Even after the challenge of getting it installed, after the inspection, Seidel showed up after not having a call answered that stated they could come at this time. As someone who works in service, I would recommend a revamp of communication to better serve their customers.
