I love The Senior Resource Association, here's why: I receive a few of your services, and the people that I come in contact with are awesome. The volunteers for Meals on Wheels are pleasant, friendly, just great people giving of their time everyday. The program that helps seniors with pets is wonderful, I cried...So I just want to Thank you, my pets thank you for going that extra mile to improve the quality of my "golden years". Sincerely, Susan Hunter

Great resource in Indian River County. This organization is responsible for many functions vital to the seniors in the area: transportation, in home visits, meals on wheels, adult day care, and more. Their staff is so amazing. Especially Annie Mae at the Sebastian facility.

Where do I begin.... from poorly manage billing practices to seniors being left stranded at the end of the day with no bus to bring them home. They take no responsibility for the miscommunication (or lack of) between family, staff and the bussing service. So I guess I'm going to have to find a way to get 87 year old grandpa who is crippled to stay on my Harley 500 without falling off since my husband is using our only car for work today. Needless to say this will be his last day at the senior resource center since there is no accountable for the screw up only accusations against the family members. SHAME SHAME SHAME on you....UPDATE UPDATE...Thank You to the IRC Go Line employee who volunteered her time to go back and pick up Grampa and bring him home safe and sound!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Nancy, first let me begin by acknowledging the date of your review and apologizing for not having reached out to you sooner. I do hope that in the time since this post that your experiences with Senior Resource Association have improved. I am happy to hear that one of our drivers from the GoLine was able to come and transport your Grandfather home safely. Please let us know if we can do anything to improve your experience with us in the future. It would be great to have you and your grandfather continue to use our services and we apologize for this occurrence.
