Our AC decided to die in October this year. It was quite old, so I knew that it was time to get a new one. I called a few places, but was most impressed with Adam at Service Experts His pricing was competitive, but most importantly, he was timely, patient, and able to answer any and all questions that I had. He came out the same morning to check out everything in the attic and outside. Even though the AC unit died, he was able to do a quick fix (free of charge) to get the AC running until he and his team returned to do the new AC installation. Later in the afternoon, he came with 3 people to tackle the job in under 5 hours. Adam and his team did everything that I asked including fixing and cleaning a few things for my second floor unit. It was a great experience to work with him. After installation, he provided all the necessary warranty and tax credit information in a timely manner. I would hire Service Experts again and recommend them to a friend.

I would agree that they are a 5 Star company. The technician came out on the date requested and even adjusted the start time to accommodate us. Technician was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. After repairing the AC unit, he took the time to wait for the AC unit to stabilize to insure the temperatures he measured were showing the true performance of the unit. Thus, he determined that we did not to buy additional Freon. He stated he was not on commission like so many AC companies and did not try to upsell additional work that was not needed. I would definitely recommend.

My heat went out on the weekend. I heard from a friend to contact Service Experts Inc. He said they were awesome. They didn't disappoint! Called them on Sunday to have them contact me on Monday regarding an appointment. They contacted me first thing Monday morning and gave me a 2 hour window. Not often you get a 2 hour window with most companies! The tech came out and diagnosed the problem promptly. He replaced the part and did some additional checks and preventative maintenance I would've never expected! And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Super pleased with the service from beginning to end.
