As a licensed Professional Engineer, I have extensive experience in hiring and working with various contractors in my industry. That experience was put to the test after my home was flooded for the first time by Ida. After a thorough evaluation of several HVAC contractors, I selected Service Professionals. My salesperson, David was great to work with. He was honest and knew his business. He was also extremely responsive which is not common with all residential contractors. David always returned my emails and phone calls promptly answering my numerous questions. The crew that installed my new furnace and AC condenser backed up all David's promises and did an excellent job with the work. They were also at my house within a week of signing the paperwork so I didn't have to wait long at all. The crew was professional and clean and completed the work just in one day. They handled all the permitting too and the town inspectors signed off on the completed work with no issues. I highly recommend Service Professionals and will definitely use them in the future. Carlos B. and Tommie B are 2 of the finest technicians youll find anywhere.There both personable and professionable.Dating back a few years ive used them for service on an old Hvac unit, a sewer line in my house,the no dig sewer line replacement in my rental property, instalation of my boiler,an entirely new hvac system in investment property,service of all heating and cooling yearly with the service agreement and most recently instalation of mini splits . There was some disagreement as to where the location of the condenser should go but in the end they put it where it looks best(out of the way and neatly done) They will never be the cheapest,but the quality and peace of mind knowing they will get the work done right and warranty all parts and labor, with out having to "chase them down" is worth it. They have proven they really are the thumbs up guys.....

What an amazing team. I had the pleasure of working with Allison, Monique, Tony and George. Everyone was so pleasant and professional whether on the phone or in person. When I was having an issue with my father's heat they were able to get out to the house in a timely fashion. Because I had such a great experience the first time I made sure I contacted them when my heat was on the fritz. I will be contacting them for all my future maintenance/ repairs.
