  Jonathan was very professional, informative, and friendly. He showed me details and operation functions of my system I was unaware of. I would highly recommend him (and Service Today).

  I got a mailer that offered a furnace tune up for $59 Service Today came out today on time and the service tech, Billy, was very professional. He diagnosed the problem, which was two valves were bad and needed to be replaced. The valves needed to be ordered and Billy told me the office would call me and tell me the price. I got a call a few hours later and they quoted me a price of $1,100! They wouldn’t tell me how much of that was labor and how much for the parts. I went on Amazon and I could get both valves for less than $200 total. Clearly the business model is to give you a cheap tune up and than gouge you on the repair. Even though I liked the service tech, I won’t ever use them again. They are a rip off!

  Tyler is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He took his time and answered all my questions. This is his second visit to my house this year and both times he has been a pleasure to work with . He also remembered his last visit to my house and we talked about the work that was done since then
