Randy of SERVPRO saved us from purchasing a home that had extensive mold and water damage. Contracts were signed and the defects were hidden on the disclosure report. I was 400 miles away when I called Randy in tears afraid of what I got myself and my family involved in. He was so professional and concerned. He was such a great person. He drove there and met my realtor, brought his instrumentation, found 3 active leaks, mold and foundational issues. He is so skilled, my realtor with 30 yrs experience said Randy taught him so much and showed him what to look for. My realtor loved the guy. He just saved us a ton of money and misery. If you need a person who is a totally reliable pro, Randy is your man. He is ten gold stars across the board and I cannot thank this man enough.

From my point of view, in the janitorial position at Servpro, I seen people less qualified for certain job positions, get the job based off illogical reasonings. The way the management handled situations was biased and one sided, unfair, and unprofessional.
