I had an old TruSteam humidifier in my crawl space that wasn't working. Bret, the owner of Sewell, came personally to look at my system and see if it could be replaced. He was really thorough and provided two options for a new system. My wife and I chose the more expensive steam option and Bret and his guys had it installed within a week (including required electrical, condensate pump, as well as steam lines). The system works great and Bret made sure to check in the same evening. The house is SO much more comfortable with some extra moisture. Excited to not look like a lizard all winter.

Bret and his team are honest, hardworking, straightforward, no-nonsense, punctual, and reasonably priced. If you have to spend money upgrading or fixing something on your HVAC, you can't do better than this company. Our master bedroom was running much hotter than the rest of our house. We finally had enough and brought out a few companies to assess the situation and bid for whatever solution they recommended. One company bid a whole HVAC system for $6k. One guy didn't show. Another had an elaborate and overly wrought approach that seemed like overkill. Then came Bret and Sewell. He took his time to assess our whole HVAC system and developed an elegant, effective, reasonably priced solution. It's easy to tell when someone wants to "upsell" you on a service plan or piece of equipment--it's good for their bottom line. What is incredibly rare, though, is finding an expert service provider who does only what's needed at a reasonable price and dependable timeline. Sewell HVAC does exactly that. Not only did Sewell balance our entire HVAC but cleaned the furnace and air intakes outside because it was the right thing to do--that wasn't even part of our original service call. They saw a need and addressed it, which made our upstairs zone run twice as efficiently, saving us money and making the environment more consistent and comfortable for our kids' bedrooms. You can tell this is company takes pride in its service and genuinely cares about the outcome of its clients. I'll be using Sewell as long as I'm in their service area.

My experience with Sewell Electric exceeded expectations. Not only were their prices the best of several quotes I received, but the customer service was superior as well. I have already begun recommending them to friends and family and plan to use them for other projects in the future.
