  We purchased a 22K generator with ShockWave! When I called about updates on when our generator was being delivered they gave me updates on what was going on! Unfortunately with COVID-19 the delivery date was pushed back but it had nothing to do with ShockWave! The men & women who work in the office were very respectful every time we had contact with them! Our generator was delivered on 3-31-21 the 3 guys that delivered our generator were very professional & secured our generator to our slab! They cleaned up their mess & did no damage to our yard even though it was starting to rain! We would and will recommend this company to anyone we know looking for a generator or anything else they sell & are install! Clarence F

  Had a 22KW generator installed at my house and was having problems with the outside A/C compressor running while on generator power. After several people attempted to solve the problem, I called Jamey Hebert with Shockwave and he quickly found the fix and got everything working! Thanks!
