Shore Point Electric A/C & Heating installed a whole house backup generator and a electric vehicle charging station for me this past year . I was very happy with the Insallation, pricing and the tremendous customer service . They always showed up on time and there workmanship proved they were real professionals and very knowledgeable with all types of installations. If you want the best stop looking you have found them because Frank and his team are one step above everyone else and I highly recommended them for all your service and installations needs!

Had a cooling problem with our central air unit this week. Called Shore Point and was able to get an appointment quickly. Technician was on time, very pleasant and the repair done quickly at a reasonable price. Always happy to recommend local companies good work.

A guy came out to look at our attic fan. Was in our house for less than 30 seconds, says “it’s broken” and leaves. Within a few hours I received an email bill for the “service fee” of $125. No quote or invoice or any information about the actual job. I thought this was strange so I contacted them and they wanted $500 on top of the $125 to fix our fan. She refused to give me any information about the fan. So we got stuck paying $125 for 30 seconds of the guys useless time. RIP OFF!

Christina, We apologize if we didn’t meet your expectations for your service call. When you called to schedule the service call for your attic fan not working you were informed of our service call fee of $125.00, which included the 1st fifteen minutes of labor (time spent by our technician diagnosing), parts and additional labor were extra. At that point you agreed to our fees and we scheduled the service call together. After providing you with an estimate, you decided you would look elsewhere for the repair.
