  I’ve had numerous experiences with short circuit not all good . I seem to be the person that falls through the cracks when short-circuit was sold a couple years ago to the new owners I called after a power outage to ask some questions about my generator. I talked to the service manager and he didn’t know the answer to the question so he said he would assign it to somebody and they would call me back. A day or so later I called back and asked for the service manager again and again he didn’t return my telephone calls. I found another company to solve the problem. And since it was a new company I figured it be some chaos so I chose to wait a while and tried to use them again to give them a second chance to no avail not any better. I had scheduled on the books to have my generator serviced before the big storm 60 days before the big storm. Needless to say they didn’t show up on time and when I called the office the office told me they weren’t servicing generators just doing emergency work. I understand that emergency work comes first especially with the big storm but nobody contacted me to let me know this so I sat at home waiting for the service rep. At 1:30 in the afternoon I got a call saying they’re going to service my generator needless to say I was happy for this . It got serviced took them 30 minutes. I probably won’t use short-circuit again they’re unreliable on their times to show up and return telephone calls. Even though I had a nice conversation with The service manager I don’t believe the problem will be solved anytime soon in this company. Good luck using short circuit.

  Afraid I have to pile on with other dissatisfied customers. After learning that the individual who initially scoped our whole-house generator solution was no longer with the company, it was like pulling teeth to get a date set for the install. They were johnny-on-the-spot when it came to collecting a deposit, and then disappeared. Finally heard from them *today* after a 11/11/21 deposit & contract signing. And the reason I heard from them today? They needed to tell me that they would be issuing a refund on the deposit -- some time in the next 6 weeks. Avoid at all costs.

  My husband and I have used Short Circuit Electric for a few of our projects. We have been over the top satisfied with our interactions. Ray and his staff are Knowledgeable, friendly, upfront and honest. So glad to have these guys around.
