  Phil did a great job cleaning and installing gutter guards on my house. He even put the leaves/junk in a bucket, came down the ladder and dumped in the woods every few feet. I will use him again and I highly recommend his services! Steve F, Barboursville, Va.

  Phil is wonderful to work with. His work is excellent quality, he takes the time to make sure everything is perfect, even if requires extra time or a different approach. His estimates were spot on and he responds quickly. I can not recommend him highly enough!

  Mr. Sensenig, proprietor of Signature Construction, is intellectually gifted (or learned) regarding electricity. He installed ceiling LED fixtures in a kitchen remodel, installed a chandelier foyer light with multiple parts, replaced outdoor lighting fixtures, and modernized light switches throughout the house. He is also a pristine painter. I highly recommend Mr. Sensenig for all new construction or remodeling projects whether he is performing the tasks himself or supervising a crew.
