  Called 2 weeks ago for a quote. Was told they'd be out that Wednesday. They never showed up and never called.

  Mr Huffman, Thank you for the feedback. I apologize that you had a bad experience. I have spoken with the person you was in contact with and they had got covered up and could not make it out in the time window that was available. They should have notified you that they wasn't going to be able to make it. I apologize that this did not happen. We will make an effort to do better in the future.
