  Their business practice is less than ideal. I have Home Choice warranty and put in the request for some electric issues. Smart Electric Services took my request and we set a time for March 29. The day before I called to confirm it, nobody answered the phone and so I left a message. By 10:00 a.m. the next morning no one had got back to me so I sent a text and ask for it to be rescheduled. I got a reply that said "that's okay. We couldn't have made it anyway." I didn't hear back from them until April 6th at 10:30 a.m. and they wanted to come the next day. I couldn't make that. It's 3 days later and no additional messages.

  Carlo and his team are efficient and do great work. They installed electrical panel, and fixed electrical issues for one of my homes. Everything was transparent and prices were reasonable. I would hire them for future electrical work.

  Carlo and his team did an amazing job installing wireless outdoor flood lighting on our house. They first assessed our needs and then suggested the wireless option as it would look much nicer on our house. They came on time and left the house spotless. And, they did all this for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again anytime.
