  Our office is based in Houston and we were looking for a way to add some extra security and a better WiFi system. Unfortunately we aren't too tech savvy we decided to hire a team for our needs. After stumbling upon an ad from Smart Home Infusions, we gave them a call. The entire team is extremely professional. Shahzaib actually offered to come down to the office and explain everything that could be done for absolutely free. He showed us exactly what we needed, how each product would work, and where each product would be placed for a complete office setup. He scanned our office for WiFi dead-spots and decided where the best areas would be to install an Arlo security system, which he recommended. After the consultation, our technician was sent to our office the next business day. Rameez was able to place the recommended WiFi solution in designated areas to give us the fastest wifi speed. The Arlo security system was installed in specific places to make sure we were able to see the entire office. After everything was installed, he made sure to teach me and the rest of our managers how everything works and connected our phones to the devices. Very professional and knowledgeable staff, we will definitely be working with them again in the near future.

  Really pleased with the work performed by the Smart Home Infusions team. We had a bunch of things we needed done around our office for a while now but just couldn't find anybody who really seemed like they knew what they were talking about. After seeing one of S.H.I's brochures we decided to give them a call. They came in the very next day and offered us a free consultation breaking down everything they could do, they even built us a custom package and went above and beyond our expectations. The whole team was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. It seemed like they really enjoy what they do, a great experience. Thank you guys!
