Very happy with the company. Have had them out to different houses 5 times now. The office has been professional, the guys have shown up on time or have called ahead of time if they had a problem and gotten another team on over. The guys on site aren’t toting cigarettes or cell phones on my property, which means they all have Two Hands available to work. They also aren’t having to pull up their pants as they work, so they have hands available to work. They clean up after they’re done. And the men know what they are doing.

I had a 200 amp breaker go out on my trailer. First I called Hansen electric and they sent a kid out to give me an estimate. He quoted me a price of $2700-$2800 said he would have to replace the pole and everything. I graduated with a degree in industrial electricity back in 1988, so I knew all I needed was a breaker. So I called Smith electric, talked to Mr. Smith ( don't remember his first name) he asked me to send him a picture of the breaker and he would have Kevin one of his employees call me back, one hour later he calls and said the breaker was so old he didn't know if he could get it. So he would change the whole box. I know this has been a long review, but after everything the bill was $435 a savings of $2300. Thanks Smith electric for being an honest, upright business.

We had a home inspection done that showed some electrical issues so I contacted Smith to see if an electrician would come out to give us an estimate on getting them fixed. They had me forward a copy of our inspection report and said they would give me a quote based on that or, if they couldn't, then they would come out for an appointment. I told the person I spoke with we needed an answer by tonight at 6 p.m. per our contract. I was assured that they would get back with us before then. After multiple phone calls and emails, we got no answer and didn't have time to get any other electrician involved. In this case, if the company didn't want our business then they could have given us a polite lie like, "we don't have any appointments available" instead of wasting our time
