  I have been using Smith Plumbing for about 2 years now. They have always been professional and courteous. From their customer service to the technicians, they all are great. They have always showed in a timely manner, which for the most part as always been the same day, or the next day. The technicians are thorough, and knowledgeable and are always willing to explain. I would highly recommend this business.

  I called for a simple routine tune up on my furnace. The appointment was scheduled one day after the call with the tech arriving almost 2 hour earlier than expected. The tech Damien S was very polite, professional and very patient with my numerous questions. He provided me with a number of tips regarding the furnace/filters and took the time to document everything he was doing. He even took the time to review a factory recall that we had regarding a part not associated with our model of furnace just to ensure I had not missed something. Superb customer experience and outstanding service from Damien!

  Smith plumbing and heating has been to my home twice and both times I was not disappointed. Most recently Rudy came to fix my furnace which was consistently overheating. Due to this my home had no heat at all... After an initial diagnostic and repair house was up to speed and warm once again. Thank you Smith's Plumbing & Heating and thank you Rudy!
