  Talked to lady for an estimate. She said they would call me back in 2-3 days.. week went by I went to follow up.. said they would very soon. Never heard anything back.. total waste of time. Luckily I found an electrician wanting to hook up my shop and work.

  In the past, I have been very pleased with the work done by Snipes. But, I have been waiting for over 5 weeks to hear from then to schedule work that was quoted by them. I was told they would call me the next week to schedule a time. I have yet to hear from them. I would appreciate a call, even if they choose not to do the work. Calling on the phone does not seem to work either.

  I used them (Aug. 2018) for what I (and they) thought was a routine electrical modification that should have taken 2 hours. Six plus hours later the job was finished - along with the additional work they didn't plan on having to do. I was going to call the office the next day to tell the office manager how much I appreciated the extra time and effort in working conditions under the house that were rather challenging. Unfortunately turns out the correct modifications were too much for an existing breaker and the AC went out that night. Randall came back twice the next day - once to remedy the problem they didn't create - and a second time because I thought (falsely) that the AC had tripped a breaker again. They were patient and reassuring every step of the way. Don't get customer service like this very often any more!
