Solar Alliance installed a new 5.2 kW system with battery on my Knoxville city home. They communicated well and promptly (email replies within 24 to 48 hours). The quality of work was excellent and the crew was efficient and neat. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality installation.

I have a 9 year old PV system with 36 panels / microinverters. One of the microinverters was underperforming so I reached out to the Solar Alliance Southeast for help. Kevin helped me diagnose the issue and effect the repair. Since I live about 100 miles from them, it would cost me quite a bit in labor for them to drive out, Kevin, ordered the part, which was under warranty, and had it shipped to me with instructions on how to replace. No Charge. If I ever have another issue, want to upgrade, or expand, they will get my business.
