  We LOVE SERS! Thank you Alfredo, Luis, Ricardo and Erica!! They have the complete package - very knowledgeable, totally trustworthy, great price, great communication and very friendly. There are so many good things I could say but here are the big ones. PRICE: Apart from building a great product for us (we had a 40-panel ground mount), they did it by handling all the unexpected things that came up and did not nickel and dime us like the larger companies would have. KNOWLEDGE: I asked a lot of questions during the process and they were always willing to teach me and provide details to my satisfaction. TRUST: I could leave the house and not worry about anything being missing. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Now that it’s been 3 months since the installation, I can send a text and still get a response. I want to give a special shout out to Luis for always responding to my texts in a timely manner. That attitude speaks volumes to their culture of providing great customer service AFTER the job is done. And the icing on the cake…this month we got out first $0 electricity bill!

  SERS came out to handle our Solar Panel removal for a roof replacement. We were worried about this part because Solar is a big investment and wanted this done right. It only took a few minutes to know this team knew what they were doing. Once the new roof was on and the panels back up and running we talked with Luis about a battery backup system. We were excited to have them do the upgrade. They worked up a good design for our space. They worked hard to get everything installed and completed the project. The system looks great and works perfect. Their work is truly a masterpiece. The pride taken in their work is worthy of much praise. Our thanks to Luis, Ricardo and Erica for your hard work and true knowledge of your craft. If you are thinking about getting Solar or upgrading your system with Battery Backup...… waist no more time, look no further... Call S.E.R.S and ask for Luis and his team.

  Luis, Ricardo, and Erika. That’s your team, that’s who you want. Best in the business. We had a tornado get close to the house and blew a panel off and they had it fixed and mounted NEXT DAY. Highly recommend. Best customer service experience I’ve had in my entire life and it’s not close. Thanks!
