We purchased a new build home and expected to have a fully functional smart wired home. The builder fell a lot short on that promise and wouldn't budge on fixing the issue. Thankfully our realtor was able to connect us to Matt and Solutions 2. They were able to work with what was already in place and understood our needs and expectations. Matt gave us a very thorough explanation of the work he could do, how he would change things and why as well as gave us a couple options to work with the budget for this unexpected expense. His team was very professional, they were all great at explaining what they were doing and what we would see once it the work was completed. They were able to get things done within the expected time frame and walked us through everything once it was done. Highly recommend and if we need to add on anywhere they will be our first call.

It was a great experience helping you complete the "smart home wiring" for your family's new home. This is not the first home (nor will it be the last) that a builder relies on the electricians to complete the work. Many electricians can actually do the full scope but most only "pre-wire" per the builder's request. More and more, we are realizing the the builders call the pre-wire a "completed job". The build contract should be more detailed. Low-Voltage is a professional trade and no cabling job is completed until the cables are terminated, labeled, and tested. Thank you for the great review.

I was looking to move where our modem was located in our house. After sending them a response on their website I received a call promptly the next day. Matt walked me through what all was involved and was very helpful. While I did not end up using them for their services I was very happy with how helpful they were.

Had an emergency my incoming fiber cable had broken and ATT could not make it out for 24 hours. Matt was able to get out within a couple of hours and make the repair to the cable. The internet was back up and my business and family could continue to operate.
