The guys came out to look at the job I wanted to have done. They said they would have an estimate in two days. I waited five days and called the office. I asked about the estimate and the receptionist indicated she would email it to me that morning. This was on Tuesday morning and it is now Friday evening and still no estimate. If this is how they treat potential customers, I want no part of this company! I gave them one star only because I had to in order to write a review. I would not use this company and I will not recommend them to anyone!

Our QuickBooks account logged that your estimate was emailed to you on Tuesday 5-25-21 (the date of your conversation with the receptionist) to the email address that was provided by you on the phone. Update: increased from 1 to 3 stars. They waived the charges for their visit, and other people I spoke with in their office were very professional. Can I give a zero star review? Do NOT do business with this company. They installed fans for me and one was crooked in the ceiling. Made a warranty-only appointment for them to straighten the fan. This was the second attempt to make the appointment after they no-showed the first time with no explanation. When they did show, they were unable to straighten it. I later received a bill via email for $90. They never told me there would be a charge for their visit until I received the bill. I called them telling them the appointment was made for warranty work only so there shouldn’t be a charge. The woman on the phone hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional, don’t waste your time, it’s not worth it.

The electricians that came to my house were professional and were able to find and repair my electrical problem after another company *cough (West Sound Electric) cough* failed to find the correct cause and submitted a bogus modification diagnosis to my warranty company. I must give particular praise to the office manager Jackie, who went out of her way to make several phone calls to the warranty company and stayed on hold to get the approval needed to continue troubleshooting my problem which caused a loss of electrical power to two bedrooms in my house for a couple of months. I cannot say enough glowing things about their willingness to help me with the issue and the hoops you have to jump through to get approval from the warranty company.
