  Southern Air did an outstanding job on my whole house generator installation. I was impressed with all aspects of my interaction with Southern Air personnel. Beginning with the Sales Manager Adam Phillips and Mechelle the office contact professional. The installers A.J. And Tony were very professional, courteous, and capable. I am a very satisfied customer.

  Great team, Adam who quoted us our system was very professional and answered all of our questions and concerns in a very professional manner. Tony and AJ who installed our system were beyond professional and had our system up and running within 3 days and this was a new installation. We do have a couple concerns, 1. The system seems to run much more than our oil heat that we replaced, even though we have the temp set at 65 at night the system seems to run all night long. 2. The installed a vent in a room that we are converting to a pantry and we did not need a vent in this room. We have shut the vent off but we felt that this was an un-needed expense. Overall we are very happy with our new HVAC system and we would choose Southern Air again for our HVAC needs. Charlie and Sam
