Very unprofessional company. No work was performed, very incompetent, very unprofessional, I would recommend to stay away from them. Supervisor was very rude like the rest of the company. No issue was resolved, no diagnostics were done all they care about is there $165 to show up. Worst company to deal with.

Mrs. Khan, Our technicians responded as asked to check a circuit at your restaurant, they did so and found the circuit in working order after investigation. I understand at that time you asked for multiple other items to be addressed and while we are happy to do so our technician indicated that we had other calls on the schedule and the Hour we slated for your call was expired. We would be happy to handle your additional issues and/or provide a quote to do so with same care and thorough service as we did on this visit. I am sorry you were upset we could not stay and address the multiple other the issues at that time, but again please feel free to call and I will personally set up a time to discuss any other issues you need rectified. This used to be a good company, and I used them in the past for some electrical work. But the last two times I've contacted them for estimates, I never received a reply, even after following up.

We are extremely diligent with our customers’ needs and have been for almost 60 years so I must believe you have us confused with another company or possibly this is some sort of spam. If you do have electrical needs please feel free to call and ask for me personally, I promise we will take care of you like we would family as we have done serving Loudoun County since 1962. Southern Electric helped us add 4 recessed light cans in our kitchen - they we prompt in response and completion. What a difference added lighting makes - thank you!
