Left our car to get fixed here and was the WORST decision we could have made. It took forever, got it back still was leaking oil and making a horrible noise. Take it back and took forever and still wasn’t fixed right. Took it back A THIRD TIME!!!! And Still made a small noise that he said would get Better in time! Few months later we find out he put the flywheel in crooked. Took it back to him to fix the problem and after of week he still hadn’t looked at the car... Took it to another mechanic and it two days he had it running the way it should be! DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T FIX YOUR CAR

Worst place ever to the a vehicle. Tiny screwed us out of well over $3500. Told me I needed a timing chain. $1100. Went to look at.the old timing chain, he points out that there are metal flakes in the oil. Needs an engine. We asked him why, if there's metal in the oil, are you changing the timing chain? Some days later we decided to let them replace the engine. "$2000 out the door, and I'm not making any money on this, just doing it to help ya'll out. I guarantee you will be happy, and the vehicle will run like it's supposed to. " NOT! It started when we took it to him, but hasn't started since he worked on it. If he was on fire I wouldn't piss on him!

Tiny and the crew are awesome! Had a blown out bearing on 32' camper trailer pulling into Lubbock Tx. Stopped at rv park to acess problem. Got on the phone the next day to call around for a mobil mechanic. The guys at Southside showed up within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem ( blown bearing and bent spindle). Tiny removed the axel to take with him for parts comparison. Many obstacles poped up (lack of parts specific to our problem and availability + we're on a time limit since school starts for my kids in 5 days!!) but he didnt just stop with a "it's outta my hands" excuse! He came up with a solution, dealt with my insurance, and kept me up to date, so I wasnt left wondering! In my experience, good mechanics are far and few in between, but great ones, who still have the old fashioned values towards customers, are an endanger species! I really appreciated the out of the box thinking without disregard for safety and the above and beyond attitude we all miss in the consumer world! Hy hats off to y'all!
