  Only gave it a star Bc I had to. These ppl here. Where do I even begin. Never willing to work with you. Took them a year an a half to cut a tree off my power line that smoked every single rain and storm. Then lost power once, we found the problem, took them forever to come see about it. Just very disappointed with this company. Every other company I’ve gone through has never treated me this way. And to top off these bogus charges they throwing in my bill. Smh

  We had a bad storm yesterday evening that knocked out power at 4:46P.M. 29 hours have passed and still no power to our house or neighbors! This isn't the first time the power has gone out, and it seems they drag their feet when it is time to restore the power to neighborhoods! Worst electric company ever!!!

  I have paid my bill monthly for 3+ years using the same bank account. No late payments. Always early. Now I have a returned payment due to "no bank account" I was charged a $25 return fee. My bank account has not changed in 20+ years. My payment information has not changed. SWEPCO will not admit the error is in their accounting, not my bank.
