  Jeff is great! Super helpful, regardless of the job, and communication was amazing! I called several electricians, left voice-mail's and never heard anything back. I called Jeff once and he made time that day to come out!

  I've been without power since yesterday at 3:45p. Called Sparks Electric hoping they can assist with our emergency and no one picks up the phone and I called multiple times even during the middle of last night. It appears that they do not offer emergency assistance 27/7 as they advertise.

  I called several electricians but Jeff was the only one to return my call. My outlets, lights, and Cadet heater stopped working like dominoes. Winter is coming and I needed the issue to be resolved. Within 2 days of calling, everything is working and at a very reasonable rate. The guys who came out were very kind and found the issues quickly. As a single mom It's nice to know there's a company that's got my back. They've earned a lifetime customer. Thank you so much!
