  I called Sparta to help me resolve issues that I am having with AEP. I need work done to counteract all the work I did according to how AEP said it needed done. It is not working the way EP said it would. I was very frustrated, agitated, and how many more adjectives can I use to described my anger with AEP. That being said, The professional on the phone was very helpful, understanding and set up an appointment for a person to come out. Darren came out, listened to my concerns and complaints and was even patient as I ranted on about the situation with AEP. He let me know that it can all be fixed and gave an action plan. I felt very at ease after he explained how it could be fixed and that it shouldn't be too much of a problem to correct. I look forward to working with them on the project and will update my review upon completion.

  Should you ever need an electrician for your home DO NOT CALL SPARTA ELECTRIC!! After showing up at our home they're "representative" began to inform us that we had gotten his day off to the worst beginning ever and that he had much more" important " clients that should have been taken care of before us! Extremely Rude, dismissive and out of touch with his own worth. A follow up visit with the office pretty much offered the same results. I give them Zero stars and would wish whoever decides to deal with them Good Luck. Maybe you'll be !"Important" enough for them to deem you worthy of their highly unique talents! GIVE ME A BREAK AND GET OVER YOURSELVES

  Sparta Electric answered when I called and worked me into their schedule for same day service. Their technician was professional and helpful and took care of our issues quickly. We received the bill today and they were very reasonable. Thank you!!!!
