  They were suppose to arrive at 1:00PM. I re-arranged my schedule and waited until 1:30PM. No one showed up. When I called them that evening, he told me he forgot. I found someone else.

  Again ...I'm very sorry Henry Casella, that I forgot our 1:00 PM appointment. If you recall, I said I would try to find time on Friday; probably around 1:00. However, I was working in a manufacturing facility and ran into a dangerous electrical situation, where wires were running from two different voltage panels into a lighting circuit. I could not leave without correcting the issue, and which was not something I did. I was still there when you finally called that evening. I wish you would have called at 1:00, as soon as you realized I missed our appointment, because I could not call you to cancel the appointment because your number was on a Memo at my office.
