  Called the phone number to ask a question BECAUSE their phone number & address are given to Spectrum Cable customers as a drop off point for cable boxes. I called, asked the question to make sure if this was a Spectrum cable drop off, because as a resident of Sweetwater I pretty much knew we did not have such an office in town. However, the girl who answers the phone for this company needs to learn some customer service manners & not HANG up on a person when the person is explaining the phone call & that THEY might want to get in touch with some at Spectrum cable company and INFORM them that then need to STOP giving out their address & phone number. Nothing against the company itself. Just need manners.
