  Had a great experience with Kyle DiSpirito. Kyle knocked on our door at the exact appointment time. We told him what we needed to have fixed, he understood the problem and within 15 minutes the issue was resolved. A definite keeper. Thank you Kyle.

  Didn't follow through or do one thing he said he would. He kept me waiting around when he knew I had a deadline. He looks professional, but he is far from it. Good luck with this one.
