We had a new front door installed.  Everyone that was involved in the process was very professional.  As with any project, problems arose, and all were handled quickly.  The entire team takes pride in their work, and it shows.  This is our second project we did with them, and will definitely continue to use them for future projects.

Spotless Solutions did a great job with our project. We had them perform a variety of handyman type services (from painting to repair) and they were able to complete all of them without any issues. The job was performed promptly and all of the prices were fair. The workers were very respectful of us and our property. They left everything neat and clean when they were finished. I started with Spotless Solutions by having my siding power washed.  Then, they power washed my shed and front porch in preparation for painting.  They provided the Sherwin Williams paint that I chose.  Great painting job.  House looks spiffed up.  On to installing an interior"door" for my cat to come and go to her litter box, installed new mailbox, repaired my shutters.  Now that I knew they sent quality people, I bought and they installed attic stairs, sending a person to repair the plaster after installation.  Every person they sent was polite, quiet, respectable.  I plan on giving another "to do" list soon!

We originally had Spotless Solutions clean our siding and paint  our shutters and front door. We then had them remodel two bathrooms back to back. Very good company to work with from beginning to end.  Project was completed on time and on budget. Their trade personnel is excellent. Would definitely do business again with this company.

We hired Spotless to paint interior built ins and trim and stain our outside deck. For the most part we were happy with the painting that was done. There were some small mistakes (drippy paint marks, paint on the interior windows, stain splatters on our outdoor furniture) that spotless did offer to come back and fix. Unfortunately due to an issue that arose with an employee we asked them not to return, even to fix the mistakes.

Although the owners did take time to listen and look into our issue we do not feel that it was taken seriously as no resolution or apology was offered (they did apologize for the workmanship issues).

We had chosen Spotless Solutions because of their many 5 star reviews.  However after our personal experience we would not recommend or reuse the company.

We greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with you on your project.  As with all customers we give 110% and our #1 priority is to make sure that the customer is happy with the end results. However, we do recognize that we are all human and mistakes do happen. We make sure that we recognize those mistakes and take care of them immediately. We stress to our employee’s that every job site is left “spotless.” So, when the homeowner requested boot protection covers, we made sure that the crew wore the boot protectors along with the standard drop cloth and site protection, and site cleanup at the end of the shift. The homeowner called in to advise us about stain splatters that got on to the lounge chair, and that there was paint on his brick. As soon as we took the call, I called our project manager, and explained what the issues are. He immediately rerouted and started heading towards the job site to assess and repair.  I followed up with the homeowner, to apologize and let him know that Dan was in route to assess and repair and we will make sure that everything is perfect for them, and they we were very sorry about this. He responded and said mistakes happen, the chairs were old, and he was not worried about it at all. My project manager practically begged him to come take care of it because we felt horrible about it and wanted to make it right. He said he, “really was not worried about it at all.”  I was still very concerned about the paint on the bricks and wanted to make sure we got it off asap, so I reviewed the pictures he had sent over and compared them to our bid photos from before the work was completed. After review I presented them to the homeowner, and it clearly showed him that the paint that we were being accused of was previously on the bricks and was clearly a different color than the stain color used on their project. He agreed and apologized, told us that they were happy, that they would use our company again, and he would be sending payment.   So, it caught us off guard to receive this review. Because we strive for a 5-star rating and experience with our customers, I reached out to them immediately after reading this review. I wanted to see if there was anything that we could do to take care of the “small mistakes.” I offered a review meeting and I offered for us to come out and fix any issue s that they may still have. I want nothing more than to make sure that the job is perfect for our customers. Much to my surprise, he responded, “I do not need anymore stress over this especially after everything this year, and please do not contact our family again.”

Signed a contract to plaster, paint and trim two rooms in July 2021 for completion in mid-October 2021.

We signed the contract, paid an initial deposit, and then paid an intermediate deposit. $1250 total, about half the total estimate.

After sending a subcontractor to complete the plaster work in early October, the company reached out two days before painting was scheduled to start and wanted to come over and inspect the rooms.

This visit turned out to be a second estimate and walkthrough. After they came out, they sent us a revised contract where the project budget almost doubled - from about $2000 to nearly $4000 if we wanted to complete the work as scheduled.

We declined to have them complete any additional work. Didn't feel it was appropriate for them to re-estimate that extensively, especially after work had already started. Made us feel uncomfortable.  To us at least, that's a lot of money to pull together unplanned.

We were also disappointed that it took another month after declining to proceed to receive a refund of our deposit (November 10), which included a $500 deduction for plaster work they estimated at $350.

Based on the other positive reviews, we were excited to have them come out and do these rooms and eventually two kitchen remodels in our duplex, so we were incredibly disappointed in how this turned out.

We apologize for any confusion. There were several estimates done on this project and the one that was signed was for work in the kitchen not the bedrooms which is where the work was ultimately done. Unfortunately, we were planning on one set of work and the customer had another in mind. The plaster line item is always set as a budget and the budget was $350 but final price is determined by final walk through. We do take ownership on confusion but also ask our customers to read the wording in their contracts. We  sent our project manager to walk through and figure what project they actually wanted completed and where the confusion had happened. They declined on that project and we sent them a refund minus the plaster work completed.

I have used this company numerous times & I highly recommend the company.  I first came across them when we were having a remodel done by another contractor that would not do painting. I hired spotless to not only paint our entire remodel which was an entire first floor of my house and parts of the second floor they also did a deep clean after all the remodel was done. They did such a fantastic job I actually hired them to clean each month. The painting they did was wonderful they cleaned up and were very professional. They also did it in a very timely manner. Since then I have had them do lots of handyman work and sadly my husband and I are clueless in this area. They have fixed many things for us around the house and have even hung pictures mirrors and shelving. I had them install handicap rails in my newly renovated powder room. Just this week they finished redoing my master bedroom. I had LVT flooring installed.  It looks absolutely beautiful. I wish I would’ve known about this when we did the remodel of our first floor instead of putting down true hardwood I would’ve definitely use this flooring as it looks like actual wood but it’s more durable. They also painted the room three  different colors.  I also had them install a new closet system to give us more room.  Like everything they do it turns out wonderful. I am always pleased and excited the projects are done. I do highly recommend this company they are very on top of things and the crew and staff or accommodating very polite and professional. You won’t be sorry using this company!!!! C Loy
