Excellent follow up customer service. Power went out in late evening and generator did not kick on. Called Stanley expecting to be first in the morning. They returned my call immediately and tried to walk me through starting it. It did not work, so they sent a technician out at 11pm in the rain. Fixed it right away. Lose wire. Awesome.

Timely & reasonable estimate for Generac generator. Upon purchase , install was in less than 1 month, professionally done and we are so happy with out Generac purchase. Would highly recommend.
