Wayne Thomas is correct. I was sitting in my van 2 Weeks ago at the Raleigh Location (3925 Tarheel Drive) getting my GPS ready I saw the guy in the reviews everyone is concerned about come out the door with his crutches as he struggled to get down the stairs while some big guy from the company was just watching him I asked the gentleman did he need help but I guess he didn’t hear me he was in some serious pain by the way he was leaning on the wall and by his Facial expressions I have an account at this store by the way you guys treat your injured workers is pure evil I don’t care about the nice prices I can go shop somewhere else this is a bad look for this store

Location 3925 Tarheel Drive Raleigh, needs to be investigated salesman on the left end I believe his name is Mark He can be very rude and disrespectful at times I come to shop at this store about every two weeks but I think it’s time I take my business elsewhere . one thing i noticed while inside they had one guy in there literally limping walking around and holding his back i seen him before but he was no way limping the way he did when i seen him i can’t believe they really have someone who is walking like that still working I’m sure he doesn’t work in the office but this is not the type of place where i want to keep spending my money if they have rude and disrespectful management who keeps workers who can barley walk around !

I just visited the store with questions about supplies I needed. I am no expert so I had questions. The lady behind the counter tried to help me but the man looked at me like I was an idiot because I wasn’t sure what I needed. He was aggravated that I wasn’t sure. I went there because they are the experts as I am not, but this is not the kind of help I need.
