  First off the electrician assigned to my home was very respectful. However after the repairs were made we started losing electricity in half our home. I call and get a recording and it says to call a different number for an emergency. I call the second number and they said they couldn’t come out until the next morning. I’m guessing the person who answered was the boss. The same electrician comes by the next morning and says he can’t find anything wrong and call if it happens again. My electricity had come on by the time he arrived. So the day went on and no issues. Again later in the day the electricity goes out in half the house. I call and the recording says if it’s an emergency call another number. I do that and the same guy from last time says everyone has gone home so they can’t come out until the morning. I go and inspect the breaker box and I can hear crackling noises in the breaker box and we have no electricity in half the house. I guess this was not an emergency? Yes my kids and I have the potential risk of dying in a fire caused by something electrical but it’s not an emergency apparently! I can’t even express how disappointed I am. I’m a single parent paying so much and getting treated like this. No compassion or sympathy. Second night my kids will not be able to finish their homework since there is no electricity for the router and modem. I do not recommend this company. I won’t be using them ever again. We had zero electrical issues before the breaker box was touched and now this.The issue was found and remedied. It had nothing to do with the previous work they had done. Regardless of the issue I would of appreciated a better response overall.
