  Our AC decided to quit on me and I spoke with Karen and she got Jason right out. I had thought it was the thermostat but Jason knew exactly what to look at and found a bad blower motor and had the part ordered and replaced by the next afternoon. I was very happy with the turnaround time and professionalism. We were so happy to be only without cool air for a minimum amount of time and felt that Jason didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t need or do and type of up sale which I always appreciate. While I hope not to have HVAC issues again anytime soon I wouldn’t hesitate to call them back if I did or for other electrical service work. Thanks for the fast and professional work as well as scheduling.
